Production Timeline

Dress production typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the design complexity. Simple dresses are processed within 14 to 18 working days, while luxury, embellished gowns with intricate detailing may require a month or more. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays. Expedited orders are available for an additional fee.

Fittings

Once your dress is complete, we will schedule a fitting appointment. For international clients, fittings are conducted virtually using a model with similar measurements, so you can review and approve any necessary adjustments before shipping.

Payment Term

  1. Full payment is required for ready-to-ship and preorder items.
  2. Multiple payment options are available on our website.
  3. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due upon completion. For custom orders, you can communicate directly with a sales assistant.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
  • 50% refund if canceled between 24 to 36 hours after payment.
  • 30% refund if canceled between 36 to 48 hours after payment.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Please note that refunds cannot be applied as credit toward future orders; a new payment is required for each new order.

Return Policy

  1. All dresses are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
  2. We take great care in quality control before shipping, so we cannot be held responsible for issues after delivery.
  3. All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Adejokecollections is not responsible for differences in measurements, fabric variations, or color discrepancies.
  3. If the issue is due to our error, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please return the item within 2 to 5 business days via a reliable courier (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  4. Returned items must be in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  6. Refunds are only provided for items faulty upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping fees are included at checkout. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees that may apply in their destination country.
  2. We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location, and may be subject to delays due to customs processing.
  4. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Couriers will contact you if any delivery issues arise.
  5. Adejokecollections is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
  6. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee if you want your order fast-tracked.
